Donna Allie President and CEO of Team Clean has been advocating for Minority and Women-owned businesses for over 30 years. Serving as leader on many boards both present and past including the African American Chamber of Commerce, Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, The Free Library of Philadelphia, Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, she tirelessly champions for Women and Minority Owned Businesses. Allie has received  numerous awards for her business acumen and advocacy on behalf of Minority and Women Owned Business, the most recent being the 2022 Paradigm Award.

  Business executive, attorney, former utility regulator and judge – has been a leader in the energy and utility industry for more than 30 years. A firm believer in the benefits of utilities working together with local lenders, Wendell joined CFSD Group in 2009 and has since helped utilities to secure more than $1 billion in financing from Main Street banks. In recognition of this work, he was selected to Public Utilities Fortnightly’s 2017 “Top 40 Innovators”.

  Pastor and Lower Merion community advocate, ministering to his congregation within a church that is National Historic Register-eligible.  Former President of the Ardmore Progressive Civic Association.  

 President, Whitney Realty; Accountant.  Principal for Whitney Real Estate, one of the oldest black-owned businesses on the Main Line in the suburbs of Philadelphia, established in 1952.  Expanded services including tax, financial and accounting services.   

 Non profit business executive with over 30 years experience in small business management and grant administration.  Served two terms (8 years) on the Lower Merion Township Board of Commissioners, chairing the Grants Committee and serving her final two years as Vice President of the Board.
